Costanza Loft

Updated: Dec 29, 2021

We put design at the heart of our homes, enlisting renowned international designers such as Ilse Crawford to create beautiful contemporary spaces inside historic buildings. Milan is the design capital of Italy so we've made sure to reflect that style.

Every design element, from the colour on the walls to the choice of furniture, is the result of long research. We’ve done everything to create stylish spaces where guests can relax and feel at home after a busy day in the city. There’s peace and tranquillity to be found even in a vibrant city like Milan. The spaces have been designed with the concept of ‘slow living’ in mind.

“Acclaimed London designer Ilse Crawford and her architect husband Oscar Pena designed the Greenhouse Loft. The one-bedroom apartment was once a garage but the couple helped us turn it into a cosy, contemporary home.”

Sleeping up to four people, the space is equipped with all your necessary comforts, from WiFi and air conditioning to espresso machines and SONOS sound system. The home features paintings by Chiara Belloni and watercolours by Roberto Bonanomi.

This Porta Venezia house was one of The Spaces magazine’s best spots to rent in Milan.
